5.0/10

My stay at Embassy Suites was a mixed bag. I loved the really good breakfast with made-to-order options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating despite some ups and downs. However, issues with the air conditioning, clogged drains, and broken elevators really diminished my experience. Overall, it's clear this hotel needs a refresh to meet the standards I expected.

The facilities need some attention; the elevators were frequently out of service during my stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. While the pool area was pleasant, the overall condition of the hotel was below what I expected.

7.0/10

My stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton Austin Arboretum was enjoyable, primarily due to the spacious layout of the suite and the quality of the complimentary breakfast. The made-to-order omelets were a highlight. though I encountered some frustrating issues with the service. While the staff was friendly, some policies—like early check-in fees—left me feeling a bit annoyed. Overall, it was a decent experience, but a few things could use improvement.

5.2/10

My stay at the Embassy Suites was mixed. While I enjoyed the spacious room layouts and friendly staff, I faced several issues that affected my overall experience, particularly with the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities. The breakfast was a highlight, offering made-to-order items that exceeded my expectations, but I left feeling disappointed about various aspects of the hotel.

Rooms
5.0
The room had cleanliness issues; the carpet was dirty, and there were hairs in the bathroom. I also experienced lukewarm water in the shower and a constantly running toilet. It was quite outdated, and the lighting was very dim, making it hard to see. I'd recommend bringing shoes to wear indoors, as I found my feet dirty after walking on the carpet.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a plus during our stay. However, my interaction with the assistant GM was not pleasant after I faced an unexpected charge for something I did not do. They stated my room smelled like weed, an accusation I found completely false and frustrating.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. It’s situated in a great area of town that makes exploring Austin quite easy. However, the overall experience left me hesitant to return despite the location advantages.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was really good, with guests able to enjoy made-to-order omelettes and pancakes, which I found good. The happy hour also provided a nice social atmosphere where I could unwind and enjoy some snacks and drinks here.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had several amenities like the indoor pool, but I found it slightly concerning as my friend stepped on broken glass in the pool area. Overall maintenance could use some improvement to enhance the guest experience.

My stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton Austin Arboretum was quite mixed. While I appreciated the friendly staff and the really good breakfast (especially the made-to-order omelets!), there were some significant challenges. I experienced issues with my room assignment, which caused a lot of stress for my family. The hotel's condition seemed to be below expectations for a Hilton brand, affecting our overall satisfaction.

Rooms
5.0
The suite was clean and spacious, featuring a distinctive layout with a bedroom and living area. However, I encountered problems when my original room was given away without notice, which was particularly frustrating with kids in tow.
Service

The staff was friendly and accommodating, doing their best to handle issues as they arose. I really appreciated their efforts, especially since they were dealing with a difficult situation, but it was still a letdown.

While I found the pool area inviting, I noticed some facilities were in poor condition during my stay. The broken elevator was inconvenient, and some amenities were not up to par with what I've seen in other Hilton properties.

However, we encountered some issues with hot water not working and a mildewy smell in our room, which dampened the experience. The breakfast was really good, with made-to-order options that stood out, but the pool area left much to be desired due to cleanliness concerns.
